MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in London, working with adults experiencing emotional, relational, and life-transition difficulties.

My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I have trained and worked across NHS placements, supporting individuals through grief and loss, and working with parents and caregivers in the context of early relationships with young children. Within these settings, I worked closely with neurodivergent clients, as well as individuals living with neurological conditions, which has informed a thoughtful and inclusive approach to emotional wellbeing.

Alongside this, my own experiences of living across different countries and cultures have shaped my sensitivity to issues of identity, belonging, and change. I offer a warm, relational, and reflective space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.

My Approach

I work integratively, with a psychoanalytic foundation, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. Therapy is tailored to each person, balancing reflection with practical focus.

Together, we may explore how past experiences influence present patterns, while also focusing on what is happening in the here and now. I support clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, identity questions, life transitions, and neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, dispraxia, dyslexia).

I also bring an interest in neuroscience and neuroplasticity, which can be integrated into therapy when helpful, to support insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative space to explore emotions safely, deepen self-understanding, and build resilience.

Take the Next Step

If you feel ready to explore therapy, please get in touch to discuss availability for in-person or online sessions. Whether you are navigating grief, parenting challenges, neurodiversity, or life transitions, therapy can provide support, clarity, and a space to move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

I am currently seeing clients in Fitzrovia and offer in-person and online sessions. Please feel free to get in touch to enquire about availability.
