Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where therapy is an active dialogue — not just a place to talk, but a relationship where we think, reflect, and work together.

 

People come to therapy for many reasons: feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed; navigating grief or loss; exploring identity, relationships, or behavioural patterns; or simply seeking support during life transitions and the demands of modern life.

 

As a London-based integrative psychotherapist, my approach is compassionate, reflective, and also solution-focused — supporting insight, clarity, and meaningful change in a way that feels practical and aligned with who you are.
